Canon EF-S 10-22mm f/3.5-4.5 USM

The specs say for 20D's and Rebels. Does that mean an EF-S lens will not work on the 10D? Under the 20D it say it's compatible with EF mount lenses... I was looking at (and probably will be looking for awhile yet) at the Sigma 12-24mm but BH wrote me today and said this will be out soon. He wrote that in reply to me saying I had the 10D. Just wondering if this EF-S lens will really work with my 10D.

The EF-s series of lenses have an element that sinks into the camera body slightly so that only cameras fitted for that mount type will take the lens. Currently that is only the dRebel and the 20-d

You have to get the 300D or 20D to use EF-S lenses. :/

| how much is it, a nice psudo fisheye would be nice for my upcoming trip to china. |

Logan: The price on it is $800 and you can find it on both BH and Adorama.

| ouch $800!!! a .42 teleconverter is probably in my future lol. |
