I can't believe this omission... insects are a standard part of traditional wildlife photography, as far as I'm aware. |

Big time. Molluscs put the "wild" in wildlife. They are party animals.

not going to be any way to prove it's a 'natural' environment though.

Well this challenge sucks for us that have no zoo´s and no wildlife animals I think there should be extra challenge this week :p

well I cant drive for one a day to find puffins on the other end of Iceland :p
And they are not as cool as lions ans tigers and stuff

there are birds most every where I believe, and what about small wild animals even in downtwon where I live we have tons of racoons and skunks. Of course I leave for safari on the 1st but there is no way to get a shot submitted for then, if it was only a few weeks later--grr. : )

One can always shoot rats (or pigeons) in their "natural" environment ... |
