Trying out something different. What do you think?

He doesn't look natural doing this. Maybe he's just not depressed enough? The technical side of the portraits are very good and I love the lighting and the clarity.

Very nice! The lighting is lovely and I really like the tonal range you achieved in the B&W conversion. The 2nd shot is my fave but they are both good :-D

natural? hmm...well he's not rally depressed. i could try hitting him a bit. seriously, though...I agree that the pose of the 1st one is a bit stiff. I'm much more a fan of the 2nd one.

I'm definitely more a fan of the 2nd one myself. But I figured I post both for the hell of it.

Actually, I've been like that all week - looks like me with a migraine.

Very nice and it really does look the way I feel. The first image more than the second looks like a very bad headache.

Laughing reading this--I'm guessing those pics are of you (maybe looking at some recent scoring in touch ;) ). With all those headshots in your portfolio, it would be a good time to load your profile pic!

yeah, it's me! I just don't want every picture I put up labelled as a "self-portrait." So i don't bring it up much. As for the scoring in touch, I didn't enter that contest. Was out of town.
