There are many ways to help yourself become a better photograher. One of the first things I can suggest is to spend some time studying the photos of other photographers on this site. Really study them and figure out what you like and dislike about the photo and why. Also, while studying the photos on this site, take time to comment/critique others' work, even if you don't know all of the 'technical jargon', just tell the photographer what you think works and what you think doesn't.
Critiquing your photos will serve to tell you what I like about a photo and don't like. While it can help you possibly spot some trouble areas, or habits that could be corrected, it's only one step in becoming a better photographer... the rest has to come from you.
That said: My favorites in your 'Prints' Collection are 'Rise to the Sky' and 'Ledson Castle'. Rise to the sky has a great composition, the colors seem a bit dull compared to what I'm sure they were or could be with some boosting in Photoshop or a like program. I also like 'Dawn Patrol', but my first thoughts when looking at that a few times was that I wish the people (most especially those closest to the camera) weren't in the picture.
