Can someone suggest the best bargain for a medium telephoto zoom lens? I need better quality than my Tamron 28-200 and i need a sharper focus than that as well. I'm on a tight budget but all suggestions are greatl appreciated. Thank you.

How tight? How about canon 28-135 is usm?

Could I get some links...part of my problem is i don't know where exactly to find these...
