What did you edit here to not qualify for basic editing ?

Both my hands used several pictures of each hand to get just right, I guess I could try a different method.... but I dont think the results would be the same..

To me the positioning of the hands look weak. I am only saying that 'assuming' this has anything to do with Michaelangelo's Creation of Adam.
