I got my Sigma 105mm Macro today......

and I need to ask others that have the same lens if yours is noisy. Mine is very loud, the focusing speed is a little slower then I thought if would be! BUT WOW! it has amazing control of focus.

I need to know if others are the same. PLEASE Advise!

I will try to post some pics later today if not tomorrow.

i want that lens, but i cant find it used anywhere. cant afford a brand new one >_<

I have the same lens and yes mine is noisy and the AF is somewhat slow as well. But considering how sharp the lens is, I don't really mind

the lighter pic is uncropped...I'm still playing and will put some more up for ya later so look back...
the crickets are about 10-20% cropped FYI
