That photo is great, it would have done great for mirrors also. I've been there once. Here is the straight link to my entry so people don't have to search to vote, make it alittle easier and maybe I'll get a few more votes.

Wow! I just got two labels in July! It opened up so much for me!
I got a front page article in the newspaper, I was contracted by a local food company to do the labels for a new product, I helped the local Animal Rescue League do a benefit (I took animal portraits), and I now have some business for personal portraits and families.
Here are my labels
I also had the Ferris wheel turned into an e-stamp a few months ago as well -
*If anyone would see these while out.... let me know and I would send you the money ASAP to ship them to me! There are none in my area yet! Thanks a bunch!*

Lorrie, congrats on getting your photos on a label! Unfortunately, I haven't even seen Jones soda in my area. Not that it doesn't exist here, I just haven't found a place to buy it. There is supposed to be a soda only store here in Los Angeles somewhere and I've been meaning to visit since I believe they sell Mezzo Mix (from Coca Cola Germany) and I love that stuff.

Don't they send even one label to the photographer in question once they use his/ her picture?

I know this is an old thread but I'm a new member so I have an excuse for resurrecting it, right? :)
I've had two labels selected for Jones sodas in the past 8 months or so. They were both submitted in colour, one was used that way and the other they converted to b&w. They send out a form letter and a dozen copies of the label, then months later I recieved a random package with no cover letter containing more labels, a teeshirt, two soda-flavoured lip balms and 5 stickers.
The first picture was used for the limited-edition Holiday Gift Pack, which is a fund-raising tongue-in-cheek liquid Christmas dinner. I got... ewwww..... wild herb stuffing flavour!!!
The second one lucked out and made it to cream soda and I was sooooo excited to see it on the shelf in the supermarket where my daughter works. (I bought three bottles, of course!)

(edit) Eww, just pulled up the links to doublecheck them and they look AWFUL! I wonder why? Colours are way off, lines on the swan one...They really don't look like THAT!
