I have just come across this photograph
I was wondering if anyone could tell me what the square with the circles in it are that appear on the roof of each building are. |

| I wondered that too. How ironic that a target looking image was used for a helipad. People used to say where were you when JFK was killed? Well actually I was still a couple of weeks away from being born. I will always remember 9/11 & what I was doing when the events of that dreadful day happened. |
