Bought it today...
Made 1 testshot (flower, maybe will post it tonight) with my kit lens
my Sigma 70-300 APO and the new 50mm f1.8 lens....
WOW what a difference...
What a sharp little lens is this, and for almost now money!
Now I can see that I DID make the wrong choice on the sigma (just hobby lens)...
Hmm my brithday is comming up, maybe I'll ask for the Canon 70-200 L :) |

heheh yup, that 1.8 lens is great. i've had this lens for like 9 years, never been dissapointed in it.

Ah, so you have the MK1 then? same lens quality but a much better build.
Would like to see your comparison shots Evan, neve got round to doing it myself ;)
