Greetings all,
Well I finally had a day where I could go out an test my new "lens".
It really is a 3x converter that simply butts up to the main lens,
and makes the main lens a F2.8 420mm equiv. (why can't they standardize this!!)
I was rather surprised at the quality of the optics:
This was resized only. No cropping done.

The details on the bird are great......how far from the gull were you Brad?

I honestly don't remember Sue.
Fixed focal length of 420mm, minimum distance is 3.7 feet.
So I guess it was between 3.7 ft & _____?

Great capture Brad... Good detail... One thing, it's alittle over sharpened (halo) easily fixed though. Good job.
