Ok, I'm a noob. Bigtime. This is actually the first camera I own myself! I've had the 300d about a month now and took a bunch of shots the other day while hiking a local mountain (1832') I didn't bring a tripod, and forgot my polarizing filter: rookie mistakes ;)
So, what do you think?

I will view again when I get home but would like you to include lens used for the shots. Not a dSLR user but it's something that could be helpful to all. |

I think they're pretty good! The only thing I can recommend(I've had my DSLR for just 2 months more than you) is some post editing for the landscape picture. Once you capture the image, if you did'nt have the perfect settings, you can actually fix it somewhat. Neat Image is pretty popular. And photoshop can make a dull cloudy day look bright and blue. As for this set of pictures, I especially like the mushroom. Looks tasty. :P |

Thanks! Yea, These have zero editing, a good thing I guess if they look ok!
The mushroom did come out good, I thought about cleaning it off with some water, but decided against it for whatever reason. Looking back, I should have.
any other opinions?
