| I was asked to validate my photo which I did as soon as I got home from work yesterday. Today, the message said it upload failed. So, again today I submitted the original and left the room so I would leave the upload undisturbed. When I returned I had a new message that said the upload failed. But the timing looks as if they might have crossed in cyberspace. Could someone let me know if they really need another and if so what am I doing wrong. I am selecting the original, listing my editing and clicking the upload button. |

| It appears the upload did fail, sorry to say. Try one more time, and if you are still having trouble you can e-mail it to me and we will get it taken care of. |

| The only time I have had upload problems have been because of he size of the kb being sent. Resizing the file has fixed my problem. |

If you resize the original it isn't the original anymore and not valid proof. |

| Thanks, I don't know what happened the first two times. I am glad it went through now. |
