I was browsing PBase when I came across a gallery called "Nature Photography By Monique" (Belgium). I was truly amazed at the talent of the photographer and after checking I found she was registered here at DPC.
Monique
Though she has never entered a challenge or submitted to the forum I just felt I had to share her work with the other members.
This is the message from Monique's profile page on PBase:

My passion for nature photography began with the love for animals. I have been fascinated with them ever since I was a young child. My dad shows me all the beauty that nature gives us. As i grew up, I have my own farm, goats, dogs, cats, rabbits. When I got married with my sweet husband Luc, we build our house with the help from my dad. Together we have a beautiful daughter, Joyce and lots of animals.
My photographic vision is to capture the beauty of wildlife and nature, and to share it with others through still images. Although I enjoy creating images of all things found in nature, being a lover of birds and other wild animals.
Driven by passion and the search for natural beauty I want to show you my galleries, these are dedicated to my Dad...
"Dad, the moment you died in my arms, your words, that fear in your eyes, always in my heart, forever. For just one day home, your warm home, away from that cold hospital, just one day.
You will always be in my heart, always Dad...always... "
Naturephoto : Wildlife, Landscapes, Sports, Events, Studio, Macro, Animals and Nature.
My equipment includes professional Digital SLR camera bodies, the EOS 1D digital body, the EOS 10D digital body, Canon G2 and an assortment of Canon "L" lenses. The Canon G2 is the first digital camera that we bought in may 2002, and for macro work its still my favorite camera.
Best Regards..Monique , Luc and Joyce
