Greetings all! I was able to get my friend to lend me the 20d for exactly and only one hour (we'll keep mum on how or why he had it, otherwise he would definitely get in heaps o' trouble since it would be pretty obvious)...so I immediately rushed out to my local preserve and engaged in my bad habit of looking for private bee/wasp nests n' domiciles. After ticking away a precious 40mins I found one..setup my gear and was able to snap several shots before getting hit with the angry mob...on my last venture several months ago I actually got stung 3x :(
Anyhow here is one of the shots in manual, of course...unprocessed and uncropped...I'm very, very impressed with the camera except that it is quite a bit heavier which can be tedious on the arms after awhile (depending on what you are using for, of course.)
Our 20d's come on Sept 20th!!! Only a few weeks..Can't wait!
(Actually I have a couple of shots from the last venture out when I received the stings in my portfolio...it is interesting to see that the markings on the 'nose' area are all individualistic!)
Enjoy! :)
