Was out trying to get ideas for the framing challenge when I heard gocarts in the distance so wandered down and took some pics. Was in the right place at the right time! The driver wasn't!
Both drivers were ok, minor injuries only. Photos taken using 90-300mm lens, sports mode.

Hahaha.. awesome.
I think "right place/right time" has as much to do with good photography as any other thing.. Some people just have a knack for somehow getting themselves there :)

Nice shots Sue, I have a few of these myself as my daugther has been racing karts for the past three years(hence my user name). Exciting photo opportunities and luckily she's had no serious injuries.

The weird thing is that they were the clearest of the pics I took at the meet......didn't have time to think, just click!
