I just returned a couple of weeks ago from my first trip to New York City. I would love some feedback from a few of my favorites.

the 12th one Central Park Mall.

There is something I like about it but is probably taken on wide ampeture like F2.8 cause the stone is in good focus but the background looks out of focus
- I think it would have been a better if everything were in good focus.

I think its how the stone fence leads you to the post closest.
Also red and green are oposide colors and they usualy work good togeather.

Could try boosting the red a bit to make it even better.

I took it that way on purpose. There are probably a ton of pictures from that spot with everything in focus. I wanted to capture something different. I loved the detail of the stone carving and that is what I intended to focus on.

cool thanks for sharing. i have a lot of pictures of the same places from when i was in nyc in april...but they're all in film my mom wouldnt let me take my digital camera haha

I really like what you captured in these shots! very nice work!

looks like you covered a lot of turf.

i am headed there for my yearly trip next weekend. can't wait to bust out the d70 in nyc for the first time.
