I noticed when you vote it says you must vote on 20% for your vote to count. My question is, does my current score reflect only those that have voted on more than 20%, or is it every vote (even those who havn't voted on 20%). Is it subject to being different once the voting is over?

Your total generally changes (usually up) a couple of tenths at the very end. This supposedly is for the voters that don't vote on the 20% or if there are votes that are discounted for one reason or another. I believe that your current score is accurate for all of the votes turned in to that point.

What is the most drastic change that you have seen thus far?

it's not uncommon to move a few tenths after voting has ended. It's always been upward for me.
