That's an understatement when you're talking about Royal Camera.

| Royal Camera has a lifetime rating below 2 on a 1-10 scale. You're better off with OneCall.com or B&H. Be sure to check out Dealcam.com, too- they tend to list only reputable vendors. |

it'll prolly drop, but then you'll want the new models anways... It's actually gone up over the last few months.
edit: www.butterflyphoto.com also has a rating over 8 lifetime :-)

Also, check out //www.epinions.com
They rate sellers, products, etc. I was thinking about getting Canon 10D from them but I changed my mind after reading the seller reviews...

I have tried
buydig
and they have so far been very fast in service. A few of my friends also bought from them and it was shipped fast without a problem.
