Took some pics at a conference couple of days ago. In a darker room had to use the flash, the speaker was standing next to a light screen. I was very limited as to the position I could stand in to get the pic. Only got 2 photos of him with his head up as he was reading his speech, in both there's red eye. Poss to get rid of this? Have ps 7.

thanks

It's so small, I say just make it black, or dark brown. I don't think anyone would be able to tell.

Agreed. Zoom in really close and use a 1 pixel black , or dark brown brush and dab the red out. Looks like a bit of leveling will bring out the navy suit.

Thanks will try that :) haven't done any other editing yet, thought I'd try and sort the redeye out first.

Red eye reduction, cloned out the flash shadow, change levels.

Is that Winston Peters?
I got an action from someone once for removing red eye in PS7. I could send it to you if you want

;) Tis indeed the one and only Winston, he was our guest speaker. Would really appreciate that action thanks Peter.

Thanks Faidoi......will head back to ps and have a go at hues/saturation. :)

For red eye, I use the sponge tool and set it to desaturation. Then I zoom in and set the brush side to the pupil size and start desaturating out the red.

here's the first edit. Red eye dabbed out with the brush, levels, hues/saturation

will try the sponge/desaturation on the other pic which has a bigger area affected .......thanks for that advice Brian :)

Actually not too quick as most people would say it's a 5 minute job. It actually takes me about 5 minutes to open up Photoshop - slow and old computer. I feel I should really go back to Elements but will miss some of the features of PS7.
