Almost everything you can do with PS CS. Use Elements until you can feel the need to upgrade.
Check out: Hidden Elements
Even if you don't buy the book, there are some really good free add ons.
Personally, I find PSE2 adequate for almost everything I do. |

I got mine through Amazon a while back with a good rebate. Have you checked there? Or Costco? Sorry - I didn't check where you live before posting this, so hopefully it is of some help.
