Looks like my desktop. DesktopI have several rose bushes and I am always taking pictures of them. This is one that I added the glowing edges effect (I use Corel Photopaint). Notice the shoe in the bottom right?
By the way, my pic couldn't be entered into the neon challenge because it breaks the editing rules.

To be honest, if this would have been entered into a challenge, it would have most likely been beat to death. Any photos that have been obviously manipulated in PS get slaughtered here. Just some advice for you, if you are looking to get high votes here.

Neat effect, but cbeller is right... it is so "processed" that it has strayed away from a photograph, and has gone further into digital art.
Neat though! Did you also try to do an emboss or a pillow emboss on that? Would be a great desktop or scrapbook background :P
