help.....am trying to put a link to dpc prints in my sig. I've gone to my preferences, signature box. Entered [url= put the url in]my prints[ then the final /url, then clicked on save. Nothing is showing up! What am I missing?

edited cos I'm a d'uh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!dummy! I didn't click on show signature in the box!!!!!!!! Do I need to do that each time

Sometimes it remembers...sometimes it doesn't, I don't really know what decides if it does or not. ^_^

If you click it off it stays off. If you click it on it stays on.
I guess as etiquette I tend to only put it up once in a thread then turn if off for the rest otherwise it gets too cluttered.

I used to do that, or try to, anyway. But I found I kept forgetting to check it again when I wanted it to show so I decided to just leave it on all the time. I don't think mine is very intrusive.

Of course now there is an option to turn off other peoples signatures so it doesn't really matter.

Thanks Sue... I liked it with the space too but my helpful husband (Ganders, above) thought it was weird.
I think I'll stick with instinct and your advice.
