I've been asked to photograph a college graduation for about 160 students (on stage as they receive their degrees and candids after the ceremony). I've noticed that some photographers do not charge the school anything; instead, they make money selling photo packages to the students. Any suggestions on how much (if anything) to charge the school?

160 students is not a lot... Many people don't buy pictures, at least I never have. With such a small number I would suggest charging the school something. Pricing... see what you can get!
