Some people will say that only a 5 because your camera has so good resolution that everyone can see the end of the paralels before joining in the vanishing point...
For me a 7 because the concept is very clear and I like the texture... maybe too much light, it would have been better at sunset time with some clouds in the sky.

Thanks, I think you're right, people will be damn picky in this challenge, so if you don't have a POINT in your entry don't expect much.

the key imho is vanishing point - like the concept of a line vanishing point is a human concept impressed on the world so we (humans) can explain what we 'see.' A some point (no pun intented) the line must disappear even if we don't 'see' it. So I'd come down on the side that one dosn't have to see a point to know it's there.
