| My gosh, I used to post on this site, the level of work is so great now, I can't even imagine scoring above a 5.0, great job all. |

Wow, you've been gone quie a while! Yes, things have changed in two years, and I agree, the level of competition is stiffer than ever. Makes it even more fun, IMO. Dive back in, the water's fine!

Hey Brian: We are all a bunch of shutter pushers. Come back and you will be up to speed in no time. Members have more fun. lol

| then don't compete, just keep taking pics and enjoy it. Post them for fun and to look for ways to get better at having fun with you pics |

I've noticed in the last 3 challenges (including blue) the competition has been so fierce that I been scoring low 5's. It might also be due to the fact that I have been entering crap, but atleast it has now pushed me to take better photos and just not enter crap for the sake of entering.

I checked your port. Put the wet one in my favorites. You do have some very nice images. Bring back that quality style. |

In my 5 months of entering challenges I have never broken 6 and often score less than 5.
Probably just a slow learner but it IS FUN! |

Think about it as contributing to improve your craft. Submit if you want. Submit if you need feedback. The competition is on against yourself. Some peole here will get you, some wont, some will like what you do, others will hate it. Take it all with a grain of salt and enjoy taking photos.

Thanks. I'll try and do that now since I no longer have the "get my money's worth" mentality and submit any ol' photo to the challenges just because I haven't entered in weeks or months.
