What lens did you use?
Also, shutter/ISO/apertures?

That second one is a great shot, first one is too, except for the roof in the backround. Third one the light is a bit flat and the angle leaves you too close to see the set of the hindquarters and too far to get expression. These are sweet, got more?

These are really amazing. Wow, breathaking shots. I'd sure like to know how you took 'em!

I've got to agree with Brennan. The first two are just wondeful. The roof in the first is a drab background, unfortunately. And they both seem a little bit too light in contrast in the background. But - shat makes these photographs work so well for me are the expressions on both the riders' faces. Especially the male - what a fantastic expression. Fantastic, fantastic, fantastic. Great shots - really love the hell out of 'em! A tiny little fraction of a moment absolutely nailed down with your camera. Awesome!

Excellent work - the first two are very good captures. The third has a bit of an issue that the sky is fairly blown out. The best solution to this is to shoot in -1/3 or -2/3 Ev. I hardly ever shoot above -1/3 for outdoor horse events, normally because I'm focusing on the horse itself, which will tend to be quite dark.

All of these are great shots. Definitely moneymakers!
I've been trying to do Western and English pleasure riding events and I think what people don't realize is that it's very very hard to isolate the horse and rider and still have a nice background. You've done an excellent job.
