Any one have any experience w/ this lense? Or seen a review of it. I looked on photozone and didn't see it listed.

My friend has this lens and he loves it. I have seen some of the work he has done with it and it looks quite amazing. The write ups have been very favourable for this lens as well.

I have a lens with the same specifications made by Tokina and I love it!

These shots were taken using the Tokina brand:









The F4.5-5.6 is tricky in low light especially with the 2X converter but I can work around it. I generally switch to using just the center sensor to keep it from searching as much in autofocus and if I have to I use manual focus. It sure beats paying $1200-$1500 for th IS version.
