my a70 only recently starting flickering a lot. it even records the flicker. for example some of my video clips have a lot of horizontal lines flcikering across during playback.
any ideas if this is a problem or is covered by warranty? |

It certainly sounds like a problem. If your camera is still udner warranty I would sugeest calling in the problem.

Is this possible there are any IR devices close by that would be interfering with the camera? Just a though.

| IR devices? nothing that wasn't around before when there weren't horizontal lines. but mostly the tv remote and that about it. |
