| does anyone know of a place which has ml-l3 remote control for nikon d70 in stock? |

I had the same problem with the Canon RC-1, The remote was out of stock everywhere for months. Just now checked and it's in stock at B&H

HA! Good luck. I did a search at Google and just started looking/placing orders until one actually shipped. I placed orders at 3 different places before I actually found one who had it in stock.
Try //www.normancamera.com. That's where I finally got it.
The prices only range from $16-$26 so if you find one, grab it. Happy hunting.

I must have gotten the last one. It works REALLY great. You should get one...
;)
I just realized that when using the "bulb" setting with the remote, press it once to open the shutter and press it again to close it. Very nice. One thing though, it doesn't work from behind the camera (sensor in front). Damn!
Again, good luck, it's worth the hunt.

I just ordered the RC-1 from B&H. I can't wait. I hate having to drag my remote with 10ft cord everywhere.

Thought I would share this while we are at it:
I did a lot of browsing to get one.
Everywhere I checked it was marked as out of stock. And I found this online shop with the remote and ordered one.
When I placed the order nowhere on the site did they mention that it was out of stock. When I logged in to trace my order, there was a notice saying it was out of stock. I emailed them and they have replied saying they would be getting it in 8 days. I have also checked some Nikon dealers here (Ireland) and was told that they would have it next month. I am waiting for the online guys (UK) to deliever me. |
