Login problems revisited - DPChallenge Forums

After giving up on my login/cookie issue for a time, I decided to fix it today. As discussed in this thread I couldn't get my machine to log in automatically anymore. I deleted cookies. I rebooted and deleted cookies. It wasn't working. Then I had the site send me my login info and noticed something. The first character in my password was capitalized. So, I logged in with the capital letter and all seems fine now. So, to make a long story a little longer... It seems as though the manual login process isn't case sensitive, but the automatic cookie login is case sensitive.

Hope this helps anyone who was/is having the same problem.

Maybe something like this could be added to the delete your cookies tutorial?

Good lord. You deserve a reward for figuring that out!

I've fixed it. And it doing so, I probably logged quite a few people out.
