Thanks -- that's kind of you! The snail picture was actually taken for my daughter. (31 now! I have no idea how she can be that old. Obviously, I'm not old enough to have a 31 year old!) We were on a trip and she couldn't make the visit to the garden. She was disappointed that there might be snails there. So I had to lay down in the middle of the pathway (yes, and block foot traffic) to get the photo. :) (and I did cheat and look for snail riddles when coming up with the title. :P)

I'm glad you mentioned this, Jonathan is always somewhere at the top and his images are incredible, some of my faves for sure. Definitely deserves some recognition. Keep it coming, I love to see your work! |

I appreciate the shout-out, guys. :-) It's really refreshing seeing some familiar and new faces in the challenges lately. I love that some of the most recent ribbons are going not only to tried and true photographers but also to first-timers and people back after long hiatus. 47 entries in the BW challenge this week??? That's incredible. That's what I'm celebrating this week. Pretty sure you won't be seeing my entry in that challenge in the top 10, because there are at least two dozen masterpieces in there, by my estimation. |

This! I agree.... The last time a challenge reached the same number or more was back in November 2025 (Free Study 2025-11). This B&W honestly feels like a “Masters’ Free Study” with so many blue-ribbon worthy entries. I'm definitely an "onlooker" with zero chance haha, but I am so excited how it will turn out

I love all of this and same hahaha, the b&w's are SO GOOD, I'm just congratulating myself on playing the game at the very least :P |
