| Why is it the 13th instead of the 14th? I think this happened before recently ? |

I believe it's always been the 13th, and it never made sense to me. Half-way through the month would typically fall between the 15th and 16th, or later, except in February!

| It happens on months with 31 days. I had to fix it. :-} |
