What kind of lighting setup do you use?

2 500W Tungsten bulb "el cheapo" light /w stands
2 500W Home Depot Halogen lights
1 high power flash light

on board flash (Rebel)
Canon 420EX

all natural light....and shoot natural too, (nude) joking....:)
