It's been brought to our attention that email replies are not making their way back to DPChallenge.

This is impacting both Tickets and PM's.

How it works.

When you create a new Ticket, via the 'Help/Contact Us' menu, the ticket is created, you get an email, and SC sees the ticket show up in the queue.

In the email you get from DPChallenge it states that you can 'Reply' to the email (among other options - see screen shot). If you 'Reply' using an email app, the email is NOT getting back to us. When we write a response in the ticket on DPChallenge you'll get a new email. That part is working.

So ... if you need to create a ticket, go ahead and do so. We'll get to it and you'll see our responses. However, if you want to have the ability for a back and forth pertaining to this ticket, for now you should also send a PM to one of the SC members. This way it's visible to you on the DPChallenge website front page (left side column) and a conversation can be had if needed.

Same exact thing for Private Messages (PM's). However, with PM's it's a bit easier in that you can have a regular back and forth conversation if you're using the DPChallenge website. Do NOT use the 'Reply' feature in an email app. It won't show up.
