I have an initial question and if the answer's yes then I have another :) Is selective desaturization legal in the regular challenges? |

What you do needs to effect all of the picture not a selected portion. B&W is fine.

You can do it, yes.
If you're desaturating a color from the entire image, it's legal.

... if you have to use the selection tool, or anything that paints (or unpaints), then it is not.
