This is a long shot... I'm restoring an antique desk, and I know there is one on display in the Indiana State Museum that has a particular gilding pattern on the desktop. I have been in communication with the museum, and I was able to get a low-quality snap on a phone, taken from a distance - unfortunately the desk is behind glass, and they could not get any closer. The phone photo is almost, but not quite clear enough to work from. Unfortunately, I'm in Australia, and can't go in myself to take a decent photo.
Any photographers planning a visit there with a decent zoom camera?
Oh, PS, obviously the subject of this thread should be Indianapolis, IN, not IL! :) I can't edit the subject though.
