My computer recently crashed and i had to replace the hard drive well one of the programs that i had on there was photoshop cs but i dont have the packaging anymore so i dont have a serial number. i tried calling Adobe but they were no help what so ever. Does anyone have any suggestions on what i can do to get this program back on my computer??

its illegal, but you can download the serial off kazza or something. other than that im not really sure. hope you figure it out. by the way, what is the difference between cs and 7?

i tried kazaa already but they keep saying that the serial number is expired to try another one. CS has a lot more image manipulation tricks and it has a new vastly expanded 16-bit color capabilities. In a way kind of the same thing but at the same time some major differences. I have only been using it for about 5 months but i moved during the process and lost the packaging for it. heck im running a burnt copy i made for myself i dont even know where the original is.

no i didnt register it ive only had it for a couple of months ive never run into this kind of problem i always have a notebook copy on my pc.

Didn't they used to have a policy if you sent them the CD and the front page of the manual they would send you back the CD and a key? I may be thinking of another product.
