| How can i make the effect of a picture being black and white but there is an object in the picture that has color. I think it is called spot color but i havent been able to find any tutorials on it or anything. Can someone please help? |

Selective desaturation? There are several threads on this. Do a search on desaturation and you should come up with a list.

Erm, there is a challenge currently taking place for Selective Desaturation. A good place to start might be here.
