This moth bug was in my house this morning,
Comments and critiques welcome :)

critque: looks like the lighting was from the upper right, the lower left of the moth is darker than the upper right. If you had a fill flash I think it would've been more uniform.

comment: crazy looking moth :)

Lighting on my first try was terrible.

I just went and gave it another try after bout 10 minutes of trying to catch him on the paper. how do these look?

I think I will add some more light and not use the flash, I have tried shooting using the features my camera has macro and more than half of the 8 images I took were blurry.

Ok I am giving up now my last shot!

moth 3 looks best. Was it shot using your camera's onboard flash?

The one on the 'bluish' background is by far my favorite.

Thanks yall I know they arent as good as Jacko's,or even some of the other macro bug shots I have seen taken by high end cameras, :) I sure did try. This little kodak has advantages and disadvantages making me want another camera :)

#3 was done with with same background, no flash, and I adjusted the levels in PS, I think I sharpened too...
