Well, I finally made the plunge into DSLR land by winning a Digital Rebel with kit lens from a highly reputable Canadian dealer off Ebay!
Yay me!
I also put in a winning bid on a sweet used Canon EOS EF 50mm f2.5 Compact Macro Lens.
Guess who's very happy tonight? It's ME, another silly French Canadian! Oo-la-la!
Now I have to calm down and go to bed.

Yep. He is all fired up about us going to shoot together the next time we get to meet. Baby Sam is now going to have two lunatics taking tons of pictures of him, cuz Jacko's the proud Dad and I'm the proud godfather.

Another 602`er bites the dust...hope you submit occasionally with the Fuji, Denis.
I`ve learned what the camera is capable of from people like you.

Aw geez, thanks man. And yes, the good ol' 602z will still come in handy in certain instances. However, my wife has already claimed it as her own;)
