32 votes. 30 votes. I have 29. It always perplexes me how the more votes there are the higher the disparity between the numbers - always about 10% drop off from the most to the least, even when you just look at the top 10.

I'm pleased to report I'm heading for the stars! Up a full point, to 4.78 :-)

Floating in the 6.2 range. There's got to be some high 6's that aren't reporting in.

Not a disaster, but still pretty disappointing.

Someone must have DQ'd themselves, as there is only 93 to vote on. Nice job by everyone.

I'll finish up on the extended FS and get started voting on this one.

Perhaps I can channel the spirit of the "grate one" for commenting. But he needs an offering of weird stuff.

RE: You call this Art? Roflmao!

Thou shalt not use my name in vain. ...or in scoring threads. ...without express permission from my attorney. Under penalty of something I will think of while you are asleep. Or maybe I will cast votes and comments in this challenge. That'll learn ya.

Thanks for the comment and a vote that got me back to 6.00 :)

I doubt it was constructive, but I was shooting for entertaining anyway. :)

I believe you missed the "?" craftily inserted between the words. That is enough difference that any court (except maybe one run by US politicians - those morons wouldn't know evidence if it hit them in the face) would laugh you out of it.

In computer-speak, the ? is a wildcard for any other character and I'll believe you'll find that "Art? Roflmao!" is not equal to "Art Roflmao".

I rest my case.

In this comfy chair.

The comfy chair?

Clint Eastwood once excoriated a comfy chair on National TV.

I'm dropping the charges because life is short and a new deadly virus from China just arrived up the road that I'm dying to check out. Carry on without me.

I am happy to see more voters weighing in.

I am not as happy to see the direction in which my score is going.

I am not seeing moire more voters, alas. Only 72 votes for me so not all participants are voting. I am still bumping up here and there:
You have rated 92 of 93 images (99%) in this challenge.
You have commented on 24 images (26%) in this challenge.

As an observation: why do some people comment (and congratulate the winners) after the challenge? Why don't they comment during the voting?

What if, after the voting, when everyone can see the identity of the commenters, it turns out they they're (GASP!) "wrong"?

What can be wrong about a comment?

Use of the word "should" ...

But what I meant was I suspect a lot of folks fear feeling embarrassed if they make a substantive comment with which the majority later disagrees.
