I can't remember the last time I felt level. Any theories as to why?

Something might be messing with your otoliths ... didn't you get cochlear implants some time ago? The sensors for spatial orientation (besides the eyes) are in the ears ...

Something is DEFINITELY messing with my otoliths :-) As in, the connection between that part of the inner ear, the semicircular canals and the cochlea, is totally dead. Hence my cochlear implant, which is an artificial connection.
