(Edited to accord with Roberts suggestions.)

Deliberately with digital editing distort the subject of your entry in a manner that enhances the impact of the submission.

Expert editing.

Extra rules:
* only one photograph may be used, but may be reused in multiple layers.

"Photorealistic Entries Will Be DQd"? Never gonna happen. After the last couple debacles, there will never again be a DQable special rule on anything that's not absolute, no gray areas allowed. In other words, if the challenge says "your shutter speed for this challenge must be 30 seconds", that's absolute and it could be enforceable. But not what you're suggesting.

For the rest of it, maybe run it under expert EXPERT rules but flag it so only one image can be used?

Haha! :-) I'm clearly not caught up to this spanking new year yet :-)

How about: entries will be DQd at random? :-P joking!

Any reason NOT to allow the sort of distortions you get by shooting through thick glass or in a curved mirror or whatever? Be sorta hard to forbid them anyway, per: previous "no gray areas DQable" :-)

I love the topic.
May I suggest Distortions. Play with them as you like. Expert Edit

Flag: for this challenge please use only one image. Multi layers are allowed.

Or something like that.

I don't see the need for the expert rules on this one. As bear pointed out, found filters (or intentional ones) can be just as distorting as anything you can do via pp'g.
