No, as its says it can be a landscape it seems unlikely.

Although it could end up being as they seem to change the rules mid stream to something completely different when they feel like it.:) |

Not at all. The idea is that the subject occupies the entire, or at least nearly the entire frame. As was said, it could be a landscape but rather than a horizon above the waterline or sky above the mountains now all you have is the crashing of a wave or trees on a hillside. |
