I'm trying to resetup my laptop with win2k on it and space is at a serious premium; I'm even considering not even installing msOffice so I can use the laptop mostly as an onlocation storage device and viewer (trying to save on CompactFlash cards). Anyway, I like captureone but it seems to be a memoryhog, acdsee is good for non-raw images, but I've never used breezebrowser. My question is to those peeps familiar with breezebrowser, could this work as an all-in-one viewer for my laptop purpose, or is there someother solution i'm missing?

Sounds like a good idea to me. It not only saves on CF but enables viewing your images. Office would be easy to part with on a laptop for this dedicated purpose as well as some other Windows components, Outlook comes quickly to mind. How big a Hard Drive does the laptop have? |
