Challenge: Snapshot
Type: Member Challenge Member Challenge
Rules: Advanced Editing
Submission Deadline: Sunday, August 16th, 2015
Description: Snapshot as art or art as snapshot.
Don't worry about the ambiguity of the challenge - just shoot!
Submissions: 1
A snapshot is popularly defined as a photograph that is "shot" spontaneously and quickly, most often without artistic or journalistic intent. Snapshots are commonly considered to be technically "imperfect" or amateurish—out of focus or poorly framed or composed. Common snapshot subjects include the events of everyday life, such as birthday parties and other celebrations, sunsets, children playing, group photos, pets, tourist attractions and the like.
So, a low vote if it's just a 'snapshot' and a low vote if it's anything more than a 'snapshot'?
oh, and eta, why advanced? if you make a silk purse from a sows ear you'll be marked down am sure.

| Finally a good challenge topic for DPC but not until the playoffs. Still, it's good to see the ribbon hogs squirm. |

If I'm reading things correctly, this challenge is in "in-betweener" -- it doesn't count in the DPL. Next week is the final week of DPL.
