That's strange that he left in the "this was designed for use on DPC" part in that case! I am just glad to have gotten to read it. So, in your experience, people are pretty consistent about the using the large/small to always refer to the f-stop, not the diminsions? Thanks you!!

| Depends, most of the people who know what they are talking about do refer them by f-stops, but I seen alot of time when less experienced people refere them the other way so I guess the best solution is to always ask and make sure. |
