Is photography about technical brilliance or how the photo makes you feel? HERE'S YOUR CHANCE TO IGNORE THE TECHNICALS! Make us laugh this week. Voters shouldn't worry about how great the technicals are this week -- simply on how much a photo makes you laugh. This time it's ok for you to like a flawed photo!
