| I take the photo I want into PS and crop the area I want, then go to image, then image size, and there you can adjust the photo to the size you like |

To give more detail.... Crop your shot so it's at an aspect ratio of 3x4 (for example 640x480) THEN resize so that the longest side is 120 pixels. Then upload at will!
